Question:  How much does it weigh?

Answer:  The weight varies with the height of the unit. The low or 8’ unit weighs 2,500 lbs the tallest or 16’ unit weighs 3,500 lbs.

Question:  What kind of maintenance is required?

Answer:  A yearly inspection of pulleys & cables. We suggest that routine greasing and inspections be performed while in use during the season to insure the highest standard of safety for the users.

Question: Does the unit come with any warranty?

Answer:  The power wench system comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. The tower assembly has a 2-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects.

Question:  Can I move this unit myself?

Answer:  The unit can be moved by you with one of our custom trailer movers.  Once you take over the responsibility of moving and set up of any unit we are no longer responsible and all warranties are VOID.

Question:  Can the units be custom painted?

Answer:  We can and do paint to the customer’s specs for an additional fee.

Question:  Do I get a discount for a volume order?

Answer:  Our sales department will work with you on volume discount prices.
